ECO4 is very different to all other ECO grants. 

TRI SAVE  are required to complete a whole house survey and raise your EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) by two ratings, IE: if your EPC is currently an (E) we must be able to raise it to a (C) rating.

Several Insulation and Energy saving measures will be needed to achieve this and can only be selected on survey.

EVERY HOUSE WILL BE DIFFERENT.
