LA Flex Scheme

 

The Local Authority (LA) Flex Scheme allows those not on benefits to qualify for the same work covered within the ECO4 grant.

Under LA Flex, owner occupiers and private tenants can qualify.

​

To Qualify:

1- Household income under 31K per year.

2- EPC rating of D, E, F or G or with NO current EPC.

 

People with long term health complications such as cardiovascular disease and respiratory illness can also qualify with a doctor referral letter.
